Very upset with delivery, plants were out of their pots and dirt was everywhere, plants were a dead loss. It was obvious that the boxes were not kept upright as stated on box. I will say however that I did get a prompt refund when I told them
how they arrived, but would not buy again by post..

Our packaging is of the highest quality but unfortunately problems such as poor handling during transit means the products sometimes don't reach you as they should, for which we apologise. We assure you every effort is being made to avoid situations like this in the future.
