Order failed twice on the website so I emailed and was told to try again. I ordered over the weekend of "free" delivery and so missed this offer. This is the second time that this has happened. Delivery took 4 days.

Service rating : Despite giving my full address when ordering on 8th May, only part of the address (House name, postal town and postcode) made it onto the package - as a consequence the bird food was eventually delivered only this morning, 17th May. It would help if delivery personnel were given an adequate address, as I live in a small village some miles outside the postal town for my address.Product rating : Have had Ultiva before and find it ideal for my garden birds.

Service poor on this occasion. Ordered five products. Received confirmation that four products were being delivered. No mention of the fifth product that I had paid for. Package 2 of 2 delivered, but no package 1 of 2 yet received 48 hours later. Email enquiry sent requesting information. 48 hours later no response has been received to my enquiry, second package not yet received and missing item is still a mystery. Very disappointed, having used the service for many years.

They are not too deep and with having the rough bottom the birds have a good grip, the down side is when l have it hung up using the chains and it is windy it gets blown off, the good side it has been left out all winter in freezing temperatures and there is not a mark on it. As usual, GBS are excellent in processing my order. (Website not so good) However I have been waiting a week for delivery from Yodel. Spoke to Linda at GBS yesterday who was on the case immediately and we now wait for a response. WHY USE YODEL - cheap does not mean best. Your own products are more expensive than others and your previous delivery service was excellent. Yodel are letting you down.

Service rating : I have no problem with Garden Birds, but I do have a problem with their delivery persons. They do not read the instructions. If i am out they are to leave at back door. My last delivery, the door bell rang, i opened the door and there was no-one there. The bird feed was on the front doorstep and i had to lug it in myself. It was a large and heavy bag.Product rating : I have used this for ages and it brings in about six different birds, which is lovely to see.

The choosy coal tits throw their rejected seeds inside the hall and other birds just enter, pick their seeds and go. I do not use the fat balls though. The sanctuary keeps the pigeons away, but I have learned to wait until the birds get used to the hall before assembling it.

After placing my order i received an email telling me that part of my order was not available and would be sent when stock was delivered to yourselves.I telephoned and was told by a customer service adviser that the bird seed and the hemp seed would not be in stock until this week,the next day the seed was delivered!!But before hand i was informed that the mealworms/hook and hangers were also not available,this was after they had arrived.This order has been totally messed up as far as i am concerned,i spend quite a lot of money with yourselves and expect better treatment.

I asked for parcel to be left under bush opposite front door, which is not visible and offers some rain protection. It was left around the corner, ok not visible but got very wet box to bring in and dripo in hall! Read instructions??

The mealworms were delivered on Thursday 9th May but i'm still waiting for the Feeder Mix to be delivered. Why couldn't they be delivered on the same day by the same deliverer? Otherwise, an excellent service all round.Product rating : I'm marking the product excellent based on the many previous times i've used it. The birds love it and wouldn't use anything else for my feeders.
