Usually your service is excellent but although I received the suet balls and feederl very promptly I am still waiting for the large bag of seed I ordered at the same time and have not received further communication about the delay.

Apologies for the service you have received with your latest order.
I noticed that at the time of ordering we were in the process of taking over the Company and unbe known to us there was a shortage in stock of the Ultiva range.
I can confirm to you that we have now resolved this problem and have continued amount of stock being delivered into the warehouse.
I hope at the time of reading your reply you have received the full order and that your garden birds are content.
Should you have any future problems with any of the products we would appreciate if you could forward a sample of the goods or send a photograph to ourselves so we can forward this to our suppliers.
