Apologies for the recent service you have received with your order. I noticed at the time of your order we were in the process of taking over the Company and can confirm that it would not have been ourselves that you called/wrote to to complain about your product received.
Should you wish to order with us in the future I can assure you that you will receive the excellent customer service you are used to receiving.
If you ever have a problem with the products received please could you forward a sample of the product to ourselves or a photograph so we can send this on to our supplier.
