Apologies for the delay in responding to your feedback.
I am unsure if you are aware that we recently had a Company takeover at the end of May and have experienced a few problems with the relocation that we did not foresee.
We have worked hard to get the service back to how our customers are used to and can assure you should you wish to shop with us again in the future you will receive the excellent customer service you are used to receiving.
