We apologies for the delay in replying to your feedback. We have had issue with our systems due to a company take over that happened beginning of June.
We are sorry to here you had problems with your order of suet
balls back in June. We did have at the time a lot of feedback form customers like youself regarding suet balls being received in less than satisfactory condition. We have since looked into the way we dispatch some of our products and have improved our packaging to reduce the risk of our suet balls being damaged in transit going forward.
Again sorry for any inconvenience caused.

|On opening the packet, I found that many of the suet balls had started to disintegrate and virtually every ball had broken. The broken parts had disintegrated further and were not much more than dust in the bottom of the pack.|
