Service rating : Nicely packaged on delivery. Felt special. Good returns process, so far. The larger size shirt has yet to come.
Product rating : Just waiting for a larger size. I can't recall whether website said slim fit or regular/comfort fit. Colours more drab/ less vivid than on web site photos, but I still like it.
