My mother & I found Phill & the team at GO Property so aproachable & friendly which was very much appreciated as this year as been difficult & the buisiness of selling a property was totally new to us. The regular phone calls with updates (sometimes no updates but reasurence) we found invaluable.

Great help and service
The service we received from Go Property Services was first class. The speed which we received 3 offers was amazing. The follow up and the help with Council visits which we were unable to attend was again first class. The sale has just gone through with minimal effort on our part, thanks to Go Property.

I think the services is good but more information should be given to tenants on what the property does not allow tenants to use( services of internet)
Well run company, high attention to detail, friendly staff, excellent properties. I would say however that the fees for a lease renewal are excessively high, when realistically tenants who are reliable, and pay their rent on time should be encouraged to stay in a property. Surely when a tenant leaves a property it costs Go-Lettings a significant amount of money to get new tenants in (showing people round ect)?
I have made a simple enquiry regarding one of the agency managed flats, and they have offered be an even better recommendation. The agent who showed me around the flat was very polite and professional. The condition of the flat was very good, and they have sorted out my references in the space of a few days, to make sure that I could move in by my requested date. So far, I am very happy with the quality of their services, the speed of their services and the quality of the flat. Brilliant!
