My general experience of Furn. Vill. was good. Although, my settees took 3.5 weeks longer than estimated. When I rang to progress them, no one apologised, which I think would of been nice. 1 item of my delivery was wrong. Its been 6 days since my settees etc were delivered and no one has contacted me regarding the error. I assume I'll have to ring Furn. Vill.
