The finishing on the console table is poor with glue marks between the joins clearly visible. I sent the first one back but the replacement one was almost as bad.

I am extremely sorry that you have been disappointed with your replacement table, Furniture Village take great pride in offering our customers quality products, however in this instance we have clearly failed.

A copy of your feedback has been forwarded to the General Manager at the Online office asking her to call you, to agree how we can best resolve this as swiftly as possible.

Efficient and polite at all times. When I was unhappy with the quality of my console they immediately exchanged it for another one, no questions asked.
