Service was good. the only issue i had was when returning the shoes for a bigger size, i had to pay the return postage - i would expect french sole to meet that cost.

Although a pre-paid returns slip was included I didn't use it. The shoes werent faulty, they fitted but were not comfortable. Having paid for delivery and then paying to return will put me off ordering again.17-May-2013The ballet pumps were good quality leather but had a braid edging that made them uncomfortable. I didn't think this would give. They were beautifully packaged. The delivery service was great but I felt returns should have been free.

I am a big, big, big fan of French Sole since discovering them & have bought 5 or 6 pairs via the internet. I think the quality of the shoes has gotten better. There just should be more green pairs.Product rating : I wear mine all the time. I love the purple snake skin & I get a lot of comments on how unusual they are. I think they are either an India or Henrietta. Henrietta is my favourite style.
