12-May	Arietta Flute Starter Pack by Fortissimo	Service Product	Service rating : Purcahsed the product from the website over a Bank Holiday weekend. Delivery arrived within 48 hrs of purchase. Product rating : For the price the product is excellent. Reasonable quality music stand and flute stand which I'm sure would be fairly pricey if bought indivisually elsewhere.so the extra £10 was definately worth it (unless you dont need them). The flute itself was a present for my daughter as her first instrument and she hasn't received it yet so I cant comment on the sound. However, the flute looks good and comes with a good quality case and I'm sure will be more than adequate for a beginner so I consider it to be an excellent purchase. Read more	No Comment

My credit card had to freeze the payment. This involved my time and a bit of stress. i woud avoid this company again. Product rating : I returned the piano as it was much smaller than I thought. It would be preferable if the sizes of the product were advertised as I found was this case on simiar websites. I ended up with stunning baby grand piano from Melissa & Doug.
