Service rating : Really positive experience - good quality produce and good service. I have one thing on the disappointing side: when I ordered from website, I put a lot of stuff in my online basket. however, upon checking out, a few items were missing. as i had oerdered so much, I did not notice, but it resulted in me missing a foie gras as well as smoked salmon on christmas day. I ran down to le fromagerie in W1 and bought both but would def have preferred the ones from F&F. Its a small error on your website I believe - it should have given me a pop up notice that goods were sold out/ or a reminder of what i have looked at but not bought (Ocado does this)

Service rating : On the whole the food was just not up to my expectations and in one or two cases poor. It's a shame really as I really wanted my family and I to be impressed and it be a real treat but everyone felt let down.
Product rating : A unique taste, a little like jerky. A little too gamey for my liking but nice all the same. I prefer salame di milano.

I would have rated it excellent if I had received a notification of disptach of order with tracking details. I did try calling by phone on Friday morning to check the order had been dispatched but my call went unanswered.
