Service rating : I have used F and F for many years and the products are good. But the packaging never works very well. This time one of the frozen cool packs (the ones with Forman and Field on them) split open and covered a lot of the products in slimy gel. Every single time I have a packaging problem. Last time it was an exploding soup jar. It's time you re-thought the packing. I'm not sure I shall order again. Other companies do better!

Service rating : Dates on goods sent were not what is advertised on the website. Two items ordered for Xmas day were out of date before the day, despite checking the website before ordering to ensure that items would be ok. Called and complained and was given a refund for items but that is not the point as left without desserts before Xmas so then had to run round and sort out. As a first time customer not great and has made me wonder whether i would use again. Shame as other items were lovely but has made me feel that they are unreliable if using for a special occasion.

Thank you for all your comments. This Christmas there was something of an issue with some products having preprinted labels that gave them a slightly shorter day that they should have had, this affected both the tartes tatins and the chocolate parfaits. We apologise again for the inconvenience caused.

I would have rated it excellent if I had received a notification of disptach of order with tracking details. I did try calling by phone on Friday morning to check the order had been dispatched but my call went unanswered.
