Those fish pies were brilliant and as for the hot cross bun bread and butter pudding I cloud eat thet for ever....if I was allowed. This was an Easter treat for us and it really was !

Service rating : I have used F and F for many years and the products are good. But the packaging never works very well. This time one of the frozen cool packs (the ones with Forman and Field on them) split open and covered a lot of the products in slimy gel. Every single time I have a packaging problem. Last time it was an exploding soup jar. It's time you re-thought the packing. I'm not sure I shall order again. Other companies do better!

The order was not delivered on the day requested. An error had been made by the person taking the order and in the end I cancelled the delivery. There was no follow up and no real apology. Not sure I would use the service again.
