Service rating : The issue I have is with the '0customer service operators' on a Saturday - the people who i speak to mid week are excellent. The issue I had was the Saturday person said the steaks were not avialable and I did not get the 15% discount taken into account even though I gave them the promotional code. I will NEVER call you now at the weekend as this was the 2nd time I had problems. All was resolved by a young lady on the Monday. So Poor re initial contact but Excellent for the 2nd contact.
Product rating : I challenge the 'cooking times' . This is the second time I have purchased these and again the pastry took a lot longer to cook then advised. I will not purchase these again. I rate Good as the meat was tender.

Excellent products spoilt by poor customer service. I paid a supplement for pre mid-day delivery. Foreman's delivery agent could not be bothered to climb the stairs to our front door and left the box with a neighbour. The ice melted and s;poilt the macaroons. Foreman do not answer e-mails and their verbal level of customer service rates one star. Last year we had precisely the same experience. We will never deal with Foreman again. Godd products, socking service!

Service rating : Next day delivery was much appreciated and at no extra cost. Items came brilliantly packed and looked amazing. Also really handy how it came partially frozen as some things then when in freezer so it didn't have to be eaten all at once.

Product rating : The salt beef once opened was found to be extremely dry and therefore not very nice to eat. My experience of this food is that it is normally succulent and tender I was very dissatisfied on this occasion.

Product rating : Slightly smaller than I expected and not a cut that could be presented in front of guests so a little disappointing in this respect. However, the taste was amazing!! Really good.

Service rating : Good and interesting range of products. Packing not so good - twice I have been charged for an item that was actually not in the box. This was sorted out good humouredly on a call to the office, but involved another week's wait for delivery.
Product rating : Wonderful flavour, very tender. Sliced thinly, one piece goes a long way. But I could see no eat-by date on it, and so felt I had to eat it straight away.

Service rating : Apart from the carrier delivering someone else's order as well as ours (and her having to come and collect it), the service throughout was excellent.
Product rating : Two different sets of instructions didn't help. Extremely difficult to carve and looked a mess on the plate. Very disappointing, especially considering its price.

Service rating : Service was ok but I seriously question the effectiveness of F&F's quality assurance procedures.... see below.
Product rating : We bought the same product last year and liked its flavour and succulence a lot.
This year, it was dry, salty and had an extremely strong stale taste. Rather unpleasant really. Our taste has not changed; your product has. Will not buy again; will not recommend. As a purveyor of fine foods you should do better.

Service rating : Everything arrived on time and was well packaged and labelled. The cooking instructions were accurate. Some of the contents of the fish pie could not be identified as from a fish and one bit was quite nasty.
Product rating : Maybe my taste but it was too salt and the texture too coarse. Not enough parsley to be able to taste it.
