Service rating : Everything worked exactly as described
Product rating : The lamb was of truly excellent quality. However, raw, it really didn't look as though it would feed six. This was very concerning and again, it woul have helped for reassurance that it really was for six on the wrapping -it was, indeed, more than sufficient.

Service rating : The service was first class as I have always come to expect from Forman & Field. There did appear to be an issue with my post code which was resolved by email with customer services. I am on the mailing list for your brochure and have received product in the past so found this strange however it was not a problem.
Product rating : Sausages were great but were not of a uniform size which could have lead to some embarrassment when serving up as some were much larger than others.

Service rating : Delivery and website great, main course was a huge let down.
Product rating : Instructions for cooking left pastry completely raw, had to nearly double cooking time just to get it a bit golden (still unpluffed and raw on the bottom), this meant the beef (small piece of beef) was incredibly Overcooked.

Service rating : Forman and Field were polite and helpful.
Product rating : While this 'wild boar salami' is delicious, it is 40% pork. This is not made clear at any point in the sales process.

Service rating : The quality of the items supplied was generally extremely high (although an item had broken and covered all the other items delivered in its contents, and one other item was poor). The website was really easy to use, the choice fantastic and delivery (save for the damaged item, in respect of which it is hard to tell how the damage occured) was very quick and efficient.

Excellent products spoilt by poor customer service. I paid a supplement for pre mid-day delivery. Foreman's delivery agent could not be bothered to climb the stairs to our front door and left the box with a neighbour. The ice melted and s;poilt the macaroons. Foreman do not answer e-mails and their verbal level of customer service rates one star. Last year we had precisely the same experience. We will never deal with Foreman again. Godd products, socking service!

Service rating : Good and interesting range of products. Packing not so good - twice I have been charged for an item that was actually not in the box. This was sorted out good humouredly on a call to the office, but involved another week's wait for delivery.
Product rating : Really good range of products.

Service rating : Apart from the carrier delivering someone else's order as well as ours (and her having to come and collect it), the service throughout was excellent.
Product rating : Two different sets of instructions didn't help. Extremely difficult to carve and looked a mess on the plate. Very disappointing, especially considering its price.

Service rating : Service was ok but I seriously question the effectiveness of F&F's quality assurance procedures.... see below.
Product rating : We bought the same product last year and liked its flavour and succulence a lot.
This year, it was dry, salty and had an extremely strong stale taste. Rather unpleasant really. Our taste has not changed; your product has. Will not buy again; will not recommend. As a purveyor of fine foods you should do better.

These two orders were presents for two of our children. They loved them and both were very full of thanks. We were abroad and so couldn't order for ourselves, but will soon.

I paid extra for delivery on the Saturday before midday but the package did not arrive until 13.30.

Product rating : I have ordered from you many times before but this time the meet within the Beef Wellingtons was tough, small and pastry not particularly nice. I am afraid it ruined the dinner party

I used your web-site to place my order this year which I don't think is particularly user friendly. However, everything turned up at the right time and was of the same excellent quality so I needn't have worried.

Service rating : Good packaging and fresh. It's had a good taste but I would like cooking instructions to be added in the packages.
Product rating : But the only thing that disappointed me is that it didn't come with cooking instructions.
