Service rating : Right order delivered at the right time, website easy to use. Only thing stopping me giving an excellent was that the cardboard packaging around a cake smelt very slightly of fish. This did not affect he quality of the warped cake inside buy was a bit off putting as this order did not include fish.
Product rating : Very good but would have had it delivered a week before I wanted to use it, to allow some cheeses to ripen further before my party, if it wasn't for the postage sts.

Because we didn,t actually recieve our parcel untill 2 days after the arranged delivery date I would not be able to comment.
The fact that most of our order contained perishable goods meant that it would not have been safe to accept and use the contents.
The only positive comments that I could make is that Forman & Field were apologetic and sent a £25 VOUCHER as a gesture. I recognise that the company was not to blame and it was the fault of Pacel Force but this was of little consolation.

Service great as usual, complete order delivered at the time and date expected, I will certainly use Forman and Field again.

However, I think in previous years I have received an email to say my Xmas order had been dispatched, and I would have welcomed that this year. On the website my order was listed as 'pending' on the morning it was due to be delivered, again I think in the past it was described as 'despatched' at the equivalent time.

Thank you for your comments Mr Boyle. We will be in touch directly regarding the wild salmon. There's been no change in recipe or salt content, but there are rare occasions when a side of wild can take on too much salt in the curing process so it may be that you unfortunately received one of those.

Whilst all products delivered were of a very high standard, they did not include the Christmas Pudding! Christmas dinner without Christmas Pudding was a real dissapointment.

Service rating : Really positive experience - good quality produce and good service. I have one thing on the disappointing side: when I ordered from website, I put a lot of stuff in my online basket. however, upon checking out, a few items were missing. as i had oerdered so much, I did not notice, but it resulted in me missing a foie gras as well as smoked salmon on christmas day. I ran down to le fromagerie in W1 and bought both but would def have preferred the ones from F&F. Its a small error on your website I believe - it should have given me a pop up notice that goods were sold out/ or a reminder of what i have looked at but not bought (Ocado does this)

Excellent . I had no problem ordering a Christmas hamper online , and it was delivered when promised . 1st class service which I would thoroughly recommend , and I would certainly order again . The hamper was a gift and the recipient phoned me to say 'wow' , and how impressed they were .
