No cooking instructions on any item - porchetta instructions on the website were for a different size of joint - 2 of the fish pies had come our of the dishes - pork pie was decidedly average. On the plus side the deserts and cake was lovely but taking into account the cost we were extremely disappointed overall

Service rating : 1) Ordering was easy, but details of the order disappeared from the website which made complementary shopping harder. 2) The instructions supplied were limited/on your website, ok if you only sell to experienced cooks. Is that what you are doing with an all in product ?
Product rating : Delicious salmon, very nice turkey and stuffing. Not enough veg variety. Please, please provide instructions on cooking and phasing of cooking. Pudding needed a mega steaming, whatever happened to microwaving puddings to make life easier for all in one shoppers.

The food is excellent and I have used F & f before for personal parties. However on this occasion the service was disappointing as the delievery was late and it had 3 items missing. I realise there is probably a Christmas rush and I have seen there is a lot of marketing materials being produced which leads me to believe the company may have over committed and are unable to deliver on this

This was a present to my daughter Care Hayward, a cordon bleu chef. clare.hayward@abacusemedia.com Pork Pies: YUM (only 1 left!!!)
Pate: YUUUUUUUUUUM!! Very light and VERY tasty. We couldn't resist it!!
We don't want to open the smoked salmon and then leave it in the fridge not sealed so we have only salivated over that and the ham and all the other bits!!

We are all packed and about to be off. Will speak when we get back (which is the evening of SUNDAY the 23rd!!!

Service rating : The order came exactly as requested, which was great, but there was a problem with one of the items and there was no contact info on the invoice/delivery note which would have been useful. Item was replaced the next day.
Product rating : The food was absolutely delicious and would have been more than plenty for four (it easily stretched round six with a few extras - unexpected guests!). One helpful item would have been cooking instructions - or at the very least an indication of where to find them - because the porchetta needed proper cooking, not just heating through. I found them on the F&F website, but I would not have known this if I had not rung up. (Not sure that the cooking instructions would have been enough for the full-sized porchetta, which is where you can find them.)

It was a gift for my Dad on Fathers Day and my parents thoroughly enjoyed all the products. I live in Saudi and have been sending them your ''food parcels'' as they call them for years,,Always well received, especially the Baileys B & B pudding.
I did look for the pork scratchings you have as part of another hamper but could not find them to buy as an individual item. If you really want to seal the deal you could send him a packet on a trial basis! :-) Best Regards, Andrew Maunder.

Service rating : Fast delivery - very reasonably priced, most internet companies would charge extra for this speed.
One small negative about the website - I live overseas and sometimes have difficulty ordering items on the internet for UK delivery. I had to create an account before I could check if I could enter my Spanish address, it would have been hepful to have something on the T&Cs or delivery information to save me potentially wasting my time and having to give out my email address.
Other than that everything was marvellous!
Product rating : This was a gift for my father. He really likes it. I don´t know anything about whisky, so it´s hard to know who you can trust on the internet, as some sites appear to take advantage of peoples ignorance. Í looked at a lot of websites before deciding on yours - seems it was a good choice.
