Please see the reponse fromForman and Field where by they say they will email me this morning 22nd November with a proposal. No email or proposal was forthcoming. I have waitinf until this morning to receive one. Janet Burnell

We do apologise that we have been slow in responding following our conversation yesterday. We will be sending you an email this morning with our proposal and are sorry not to have not done so already.
Following your complaint we have withdrawn this product as on reflection we do not feel that it is robust enough for sending via courier.

1 x Baked Lemon Tart - Serves 12 - 16 | The item arrive with the pastry broken all round the edge and the filling had moved all over to one side. I had to use it as I had no choice so all I could do was spread the filling around and serve straight onto dishes. Could not present on the table. I did contact Forman and Field first thing Monday morning but have received no response. As this dessert cost £30.00 I thought this was unacceptable. | |
