I have used F and F for many years and the products are good. But the packaging never works very well. This time one of the frozen cool packs (the ones with Forman and Field on them) split open and covered a lot of the products in slimy gel. Every single time I have a packaging problem. Last time it was an exploding soup jar. It's time you re-thought the packing. I'm not sure I shall order again. Other companies do better!

Service rating : My order arrived two days late! Was a complete waste as half the stuff was off. Parcel force had stored my goods in a warm place over a weekend for some reason.
Product rating : Again this was inedible due to late delivery, it was actually "grey" all the way though, not how it's supposed to be.

Service rating : Brilliant service- beautifully packed products, 3 of which were amazing (the terrine was just not to our taste I fear rather than bad). We will definitely use again!

I have used Forman and Field on lots of occasions now and have never been disappointed, although gifts for others I get good feedback from them on the items they have been sent and I must admit that the Wholemeal sourdough bread always gets rave reviews, in fact I wouldn't send anything now without this item being included! I will be back!

Service rating : Very good service - was contacted by phone to say tat an item I had ordered had previously been frozen - was this acceptable. When I explained that I had wanted to freeze the item myself we were able to agree on an amendment to my original order with no hassle.
