I sent a hamper to my sister in the U.K. And she was very pleased with it. It was meant as Christmas gift but turned out to be perfect timing. She had a car accident a few days before the parcel arrived and due to being house bound it was a very welcome gift.

Thank you for your comments, sorry to hear that you had difficulty on this occasion. We will review the cooking instructions on the ballotines to make sure they are clear. We do recommend continuing cooking until the roast is hot and the juices run clear.

Generally good service but one of the ice packs had burst making a bit of a soggy mess. Luckily most of the food was plastic wrapped and could just be wiped down.

The food is excellent and I have used F & f before for personal parties. However on this occasion the service was disappointing as the delievery was late and it had 3 items missing. I realise there is probably a Christmas rush and I have seen there is a lot of marketing materials being produced which leads me to believe the company may have over committed and are unable to deliver on this

I also meant to say that there was a slight problem with our delivery: it was left with our neighbours even though we were in, and no card was left to explain what had happened.
