Service rating : Next day delivery was much appreciated and at no extra cost. Items came brilliantly packed and looked amazing. Also really handy how it came partially frozen as some things then when in freezer so it didn't have to be eaten all at once.
Product rating : Super tasty and were still lovely and moist. Needed a little salt though

Everything arrived on time and was well packaged and labelled. The cooking instructions were accurate. Some of the contents of the fish pie could not be identified as from a fish and one bit was quite nasty.

Very reliable as always. The lime meringue tarts on previous delivery were really sub-standard though - not possible to serve at dinner party. Think the packaging of these needs rethinking.

Service rating : On the whole the food was just not up to my expectations and in one or two cases poor. It's a shame really as I really wanted my family and I to be impressed and it be a real treat but everyone felt let down.
Product rating : Very good. Lovely flavoursome meaty outer with perfectly cooked egg in the middle. Would certainly order these again.

Product rating : We weren't sure whether they needed cooking first. The instructions said to serve either cold or warm, but it didn't tell you how long to warm them for. We were a bit concerned about this in view of the content!

Service rating : Generally good service but one of the ice packs had burst making a bit of a soggy mess. Luckily most of the food was plastic wrapped and could just be wiped down.
Product rating : Certain family members get more excited about the scotch eggs than any other aspect of Christmas eating. Much marvelling at the runny yolk.
