The sauce separated and became very runny. This spoilt the entire fish pie that I made.

Forman & Field | I am sad to have to rate the SERVICE of the DELIVERY COMPANY, PARCELFORCE, who act on behalf of Forman and Field as very poor. My order was delivered a day late. However, Mike at Forman and Field was exceptionally helpful in his role in Customer Services. Mike did what he could, but the poor delivery has sullied the whole experience for me, sadly, and I will not be ordering goods from Forman and Field again. |

1 x Free Range Duck (Frozen) - Free Range Duck, Min 2kg Serves 4 | I was quite sure that I had ordered a frozen duck, but it arrived fully thawed. I no longer have the catalogue, so can't check the wording, but I really don't think I'd have ordered this if I had thought it would be fully thawed. Because my parcel was a day late, the blood from the duck had soaked into other produce in my parcel. Customers services told me that it would be fine to eat, even though the label had 'Use by November 24, 2011' on it. As you can imagine, this didn't fill me with confidence on December 24 2012. It was, apparently, an error, and should have been replaced. I had intended the duck for New Year's Eve, but was forced to throw it away, since I couldn't cook it within the 3 days that Mike at Forman and Field told me it would be perfectly good for. Very saddening. | |
