Service rating : I have used F and F for many years and the products are good. But the packaging never works very well. This time one of the frozen cool packs (the ones with Forman and Field on them) split open and covered a lot of the products in slimy gel. Every single time I have a packaging problem. Last time it was an exploding soup jar. It's time you re-thought the packing. I'm not sure I shall order again. Other companies do better!

Service rating : The individual comments will serve to explain the poorest ratings you have set.Amongst other things I am Chairman of food producing companies and have asked our laboratories to check salt content per gramme. Overall,if you had deliberately set out to take money under false pretences,you could not have been more successful
Product rating : This product was the nearest to its brochure description but again, salt content has had a deleterious impact on flavour. Texture and creaminess reasonable.

Product rating : Strong, salty flavour and a much thicker consistency that a supermarket version. A little goes a long way but it's very delicious.
