Clear taste of the smoked roe, but a little 'light' compared to authentic Greek homemade (ie without dye). I was taught that a 'sauce' of mashed potato, garlic and LOTS of oilive oil, so a sort of mayo, should be used to carry the Smoked MULLET roe. Not sure there's enough for 3-5 - maybe two?
