Although I placed the order weeks ago, one item some cheese which I needed for a dinner party was not delivered due to a stock shortage. FF suggested that I should have ordered my stuff to arrive a day earlier so that I had time so shop for any undelivered items. Not the point when I had paid a very expensive premium for delivery at my convenience to save time on the day!

Thank you for taking the time to give us your comments and please accept our apologies. You're absolutely right, there should be no need for you to choose a delivery day earlier than you wish and stock shortages are not something that you should expect. We'll be happy to include the cheese at no cost in a future order for us by way of apology.
