I asked if the ham had fat. I was told no, so I did not order it then. I wanted a layer of fat. Obviously I phoned again and did order a ham and it had wonderful fat.. II was told the day my order would arrive , could I be informed on the day am or pm ? No. Then as an after thought after a lot of moaning from myself , for an extra fee I could choose am or pm ! They need better training !
