Service rating : Everything arrived as ordered with the exception of venison chorizo which was substituted for venison salami with no explanation.
Customer services were very helpful when I phoned for advice and in sorting out my account when I realised the vouchers had not been 'spent'.
Product rating : Delicious. However I felt the cooking instructions weren't quite right, the pork needed far longer than 20 minutes to get the crackling going. There was a huge amount of fat and therefore wastage.

Those fish pies were brilliant and as for the hot cross bun bread and butter pudding I cloud eat thet for ever....if I was allowed. This was an Easter treat for us and it really was !

Product rating : No flavour, very fatty, so too expensive for something so not special, big disappointment. Usually I am abreast fan of F and F products, but not this time. Could have bought better at Aldi!!
