The order was to be delivered last Saturday. This was our wedding anniversary. Parcelforce claimed to have tried to deliver but couldn't locate one of the largest houses in the street. It was finally delivered by someone more competent on Monday - too late. To add insult to injury I seem to have been charged a Saturday supplement. I complained direct to F&F and got no response whatever.
