the product was not delivered on the due date. called four times to find out what was happening each time was promised a call back which never came. eventually one person admitted was not on the lorry but would be first thing next day gave me a delievery section number to check following morning , no reply to that number.phoned main number was told phone back on monday--not helpful when the food was needed on saturday

We do apologise for the delay in this delivery to you. It's absolutely not the service you should expect from us and we are sorry for the inconvenience caused. It was purely down to our mistake in scheduling delivery to you, this is not acceptable and not typical of our service. We hope the ham was enjoyed on Saturday in spite of this.
