half the beef was defrosting by the time it arrived-i was not pleased i phoned and was told it was safe to put in the freezer but not happy-just keeping fingers crossed all will be ok!!!

Thank you for your comments. Since you brought your delivery to our attention we have revised the packing of our beef boxes to ensure that they are absolutely frozen on arrival.
