Brilliant product, well worth the money.
Wouldn't do without this product. No need to get up at silly o'clock in the summer to let the hens out. And they put themselves to bed. It gives us the comfort of knowing the birds are safe if we don't get home until after dark. My only reservation is that my recent purchase was a replacement for a unit that failed just after the 2 year warranty expired. But, I bought another one. As I said, I wouldn't do without one.
product exactly as described and works exactly as described. Only criticism is that it would be easier if the light sensor adjustment was a simple twist dial (no tools required) or fit the same screwdriver as the mounting screws.

We should have bought one of these a long time ago. It takes all the worry out of letting the chooks out in the morning and making sure they are safely tucked up in the coop after dark. We can go and close up the enclosure at our leisure, knowing the door is already shut and they are safe from predators. It will be a godsend when we are away on holiday and our friend will not have to come round at dumb o'clock to let them out.
I would not be without this great piece of equipment. It is usually very reliable so you can be assured that the hens are safely shut up each night.

Fab! This is our second , wouldn't be without it.
The closing of the door is very slow making it impossible for the hens to be harmed and is now very much more convenient for me as I can now go to the hens when I wish. Fitting was also very easy.
Best device ever! So nice to have a long lie every now and then!

An excellent gizmo that works really well. Easy to install. Works well at dusk and dawn and light sensor can be adjusted easily if you want it to close when it is a little darker. Works silently and chickens have accepted it well. No getting up in the cold, wet winter mornings now !
