This is my second spare cord - I had to cut the first when I replaced the VSB unit. It is really good quality and I like the colour (green / white). Only (slight) criticism is that the cord is a bit thick, so it is a bit tricky to thread it into the unit.
Super fast supply and delivery
The replacement cord from the company is the best option, I tried very strong fishing line but it snapped. The (essential) bead part of the assembly had also broken but there is no option to replace this on the site. It would have been helpful if there was an option to have the cord supplied ready-looped with the bead in place as it is a very awkward job to knot it correctly with the bead in the right place.

Cord ok but had problem with diameter of cord not fitting "bead" supplied with VSB unit. Not the end of the world but ever so slightly annoying :).
When the cord arrived I was shocked at paying £2.89 for such a small amount. Although the quality of the cord seems good, this amount of cord must have cost about 5p to produce. The mark up is massive. I will not be buying this again and if need to replace the cord will try to source it from another place.

Weve had problems with the waxed cord gathering the dust & blocking the door, plus the original cord snapped which makes me nervous.... and I think i would struggle with the wiring instructions when needed. More detailed diagrams & step by step instructions would be good
