I had broken mine by being too heavy handed and rang Flyte So Fancy at about midday. By 10 am the next morning, two replacement caps landed on my doorstep. (For once Royal Mail didn't let you down). Brilliant service, so helpful-as always

This drinker is good and when it works it is brilliant. At the moment it is fine. But we have had to replace the caps a couple of times as they have not sealed properly or they split. But thankyou you have always replaced them for us. Fingers crossed as we love the product
