Service rating : The flowers arrived 2 days late and then they got delivered at 7.30am, which normally wouldn't of been a problem but they were for my mum who is recovering from a hip-replacement and she was still in bed so had to shout out of the window to delivery driver to ask him to wait while she got downstairs to answer the door. I also was expecting Royal Mail to deliver so assumed it would be with her normal postal delivery at 11am. On the Wednesday she also had someone at home to help her but they went back to work on Thursday hence why I wanted them delivered on Wednesday.Product rating : My mum was pleased about especially when I said she should of got them on the Wednesday and not the Friday.
