No missed calls on my phone & incorrect number in the email. I ordered them to be delivered saturday, they didnt arrive. I emailed them Saturday tea time, no response. I phoned them Sunday lunch time to be told that there systems were down and they could not even look at my order. I got a phone call Monday morning to say that they had attempted delivery on Saturday and the "business" was closed. I had ordered them for a friend to be delivered to her home address. When I explained this they couldnt give an answer. However whilst on the phone I received a message from my friend saying she had just answered the door to a courier and recevied the flowers. I was given a 50% refund as a way of apologising.

Service rating : Fine, but you did not deliver what I requested.Product rating : I requested specific flowers i.e. the summer sun bunch which had sunflowers and lots of yellow flowers. These were to cheer my niece up and make her smile as she had recently been the victim of an assault. I was extremely annoyed to find that not only were the sunflowers and yellow flowers not delivered but you delivered lillies and orange ones at that. I cannot stand lillies and neither can my niece so I am not happy at all. I won't be using this service again.
