Requested the flowers be delivered on the 14th, instead they were sent on the 13th and when asked why they said Royal Mail cannot guarantee next day delivery, but I placed the order on the 12th. They then advised me that if I wanted it delivered on a certain date that I would have had to pay a dearer delivery cost, to which I advised that it was more than the budget I could spend. Just an excuse to make extra money from customers when the Royal Mail DO guarantee next day delivery by 1st class.

Visited relatives after Flowercard was delivered on their Anniversary. Stayed for a few days so was able to see Flowercard daily. I was very disappointed because, despite regular watering, the roses did not come into full bloom and remained only as buds and eventually drooped. I did not feel this gift was good value for money.
