Some items were out of stock, but they purchased them from elsewhere to ensure I og tmy order in time for my fishing trip. First class service. Will definitely use again.
The initial order had 2 items not available and permanently out of stock. Despite this I was still charged for one. One month on and several phone calls later the company has still not made a refund. I strongly object to companies charging for items that they can not deliver
