Service rating : Catalogues and website contain out of date generic pictures, I nearly shopped elsewhere because of this. Was assured by email that all stock is latest spec, so I chanced it, and it was BUT the order arrived late and then one item was missing components which made it unusable, fishing trip had to be cancelled. Not happy.Product rating : Barrow is great but first off it did not arrive the next day (I got my £2 refunded but wasted a day sat at home waiting for it to arrive. I was assured it would arrive the next day which it did but it arrived without the wheel. Had to contact Fishtec and they sent it out Royal Mail first class but all the extra time meant I had to cancel my fishing trip and wasted three days at home. Customer Services were OK but not very sympathetic.
