Service rating : Ordered a fishing net the service was good but missed the delivery and found it difficult to get it re-delivered as it was the christmas period. When did get the net finally delivered found it to be broken, rang fishtec who were great about it and sent me a replacement which arrived a couple of days later.Product rating : First net was broken on delivery, but replacement net was great.

would have been excellent but the company handling delivery did not give me enough notice on when delivery would be.
Delivery was very quick and although one item was out of stock it arrived about a week later as promised

I ordered my stuff next day delivery. Got a phone call the next day requesting utility bill and that i had to fax it staright away for next day delivery, I was driving from scotland to england at the time. I managed to get someone to fax it for me and then I had to phone them up to see if they got it, They then told me they reuired two utility bills. ( could have stated this on Website) I then threatened to cancel my order for them to tell me it would be there next day. Next day came and i never received all my order so i phoned them up on Saturday to be told to phone back Monday. I then had to phone back Monday (not sure how much the phone calls where costing me) to point out that i never recieved all my order and then had to tell them i was not paying next day delivery as the guy was about to put the phone down. Don't get me wrong the products i got were good but i never even recieved an apology which costs nothing unlike my phone bill. Buying over the internet should be easy especially a big company like this. It would have been easier for me to drive down from scotland and pay and collect the stuff myself. I don't recommend FISHTEC. Have ordered stuff from Gary evans twice and they have been in a different league from these cowboys
I was disappointed this time ,I expected my goods to be delayed because of the snow even after paying for nextday delivery.but a week and numurous calls later I got them fishtec on 3 occadooms could only say it is with our courier and no tracking number didn't help either.
