Service rating : fishtec is my main fishing order company and i have never had any problems in the past, however my last order was a complete nightmare. The baitboat I ordered was delivered to the card payers address and not the delivery address. On top off this the huge parcel was left at my parents back gate with no signature in plain view of the main road. I feel very lucky the boat was still there when we arrived some 6 hours later. I feel that the couier company is comletly to blame for this mistake.When i phoned fishtec to check, the couier company had said the parcel was signed for by a Mr.Sidegate! Not a very honest action. Bear in mind 2 days earlier I had 6 eggs stolen from the very same spot. Somebody could have very easily walked away with my £550 bait boat. This will not stop me from ordering from fishtec in the future but was annoying at the time.Product rating : THE WAVERUNNER FAR EXCEDED ALL EXPECTATIONS. THE BOAT LOOKS AWESOME A REAL STEALTHY LOOKING BIT OF KIT.IT COMES SUPPLIED WITH A VERY COMPREHENSIVE REMOTE CONTROL THAT IS FAR EASIER TO USE THAN OTHER BOATS ON THE MARKET. THE HOPPERS CAN HOLD A MASSIVE AMOUNT OF BAIT AND THE ELCTROMAGNETIC HOOK RELEASE IS INGENIOUS ALLOWING YOU TO PUT A HOOK BAIT IN THE MIDDLE OF 5 KILOS OF BOILES etc. AND THEN DROP ONE 5FT TO THE SIDE, A TATIC THAT QUITE OFTEN PICKS UP THE BIGGER SPECIMENS.
The service and reply to my emails were excellent.Delivery very prompt and boat suberb. Could not have got a better service. The only problem was I could not telephone your no from France and thought first of all the web site might be dodgy, which of course it was'nt.So perhaps you might be loosing a lot of clients this way. If you could supply another no for clients abroad I think you would benefit.
