fishtec is my main fishing order company and i have never had any problems in the past, however my last order was a complete nightmare. The baitboat I ordered was delivered to the card payers address and not the delivery address. On top off this the huge parcel was left at my parents back gate with no signature in plain view of the main road. I feel very lucky the boat was still there when we arrived some 6 hours later. I feel that the couier company is comletly to blame for this mistake.When i phoned fishtec to check, the couier company had said the parcel was signed for by a Mr.Sidegate! Not a very honest action. Bear in mind 2 days earlier I had 6 eggs stolen from the very same spot. Somebody could have very easily walked away with my £550 bait boat. This will not stop me from ordering from fishtec in the future but was annoying at the time.
