Service rating : When I had an issue, the operator claimed we had a "difference of opinion" when I was giving him hard facts. I found this to be extremely disagreeable as it was implying that I was lying!! However after what I feel was unnecessary pressure applied by myself we did manage to come to resolve the situation. I did not know that I was the one who had to work hard to receive good customer service.Product rating : Range is no where near the claimed distance and sensitivity not as good as indicated. However when it is working close by it gives good indication of depth and also nearby fish.

Hello fishteccies,service good,parcel arrived quickler than expected so well done so far but " free gift" ie polaroid glasses, unfortunately on arrival were broken.( it would've cost me more to send back than worth). so obviously didn't bother .
most products arrived on time,but it would be better if you dont have the stock to say so on your site.still waiting 2 = weeks for some of the order.
