Always get what the label says and normally get the goods in about 2 days from the day you order.
Head torch don't work. The swingers are bad quality. Rods and landing net good with rest of order. Not sure if I would use again due to few bad items

Bit of a hiccup with 1 small item out of stock that could of held up larger order, but good communication and just sending an E-Mail sorted it out.
on my order when i bught the bite alarms about end of june i ordered a hoody for my son which they told me would be delivered on or around the 27th july as i was going france fishing days later its now 14th august still no hoody, my son was gutted as this was his first trip abroad and wanted to look the part ,very |dissapointed.All other deliveries and service been great but as i said this was very dissapointing as i have spent alot of money over the last few years with trhis company!

After an initial problem regarding the wrong reels being sent a quick call to Customer Services resolved the issue very quickly.
