Then when the order came, I thought that I ordered packs of 100 hooks only to discover that they were packs of 50. I contaced the company and was told that I had used an old pre vat rise catalogue. This was not the case I had ordered out of the january catalogue and gave the code. I never heard any more about it so sent back all the hooks 1700 of them in disgust and will not be using you again. due to the lack of response. I'm afraid that the cost price of all of the Kamasan Hooks that we stock doubled at the start of the year, which in turn meant that the retail price had to increase. Our website was clearly showing the current price at the point of your order and this was also shown on your confirmation email. I can confirm that we have received your return and your refund has been actioned. An email was sent to you on the 27th of June confirming this. Looking at your account there is a slim chance this may have been caught up in your Spam filter or folder as the contact email address we have for you appears to be correct. Unfortunately due a sharp and sudden increase in supplier price, we are unable to hold the prices shown in our current catalogue. The catalogues are sent to print months in advance of them arriving with our customers, which means that we will adjust the price in our catalogues but there will be a transition period while the current catalogue runs it's course. We are sorry to hear that you were not completely satisfied with the hooks received. We can assure you they are genuine Kamasan hooks sourced direct from the same suppliers that retail to the UK tackle market as a whole. We are in a position where we are able to negotiate the best price possible for our customers but we can assure you this leads to no dip in quality at all. I can see that some of the items have been returned and the requested refunds and exchanges have occurred. If there is anything else we can do to help please let us know.
