we had a problem with the pole and fishtec sent another one immediately , took nearly a week to get due to the terrible service from the couriers, waited in all day they didnt show, missed them on two further occasions and they did not leave a card. calls to the couriers cost afortune every day chasing it , would be better if you used parcel force you can then collect it from your local post office, no local collection was available, sure people wouldnt mind paying extra for a better delivery service, shame really as fishtec was excellent in helping me .
