No instant deductions re: V.A.T when ordering on the internet from overseas. (As we don't pay V.A.T being overseas customers). It took several emails to try and work out why it wasn't deducted at time of ordering. I was told it is off set against cost of postage, yet postage was not reduced?
Also i work away from home for several weeks at a time which is why i use a P.O box the delivery company you use don't deliver to P.O boxes,( I stopped using Glasgow Angling Centre for the same reason). I purchased a product from Harris sports mail at the same time as my order with your company and that was delivered to the p.o box awaiting my return ( i didn't have to phone up and send emails to a courier company asking them to hold a parcel because i wasn't there to receive it!
