The initial order had 2 items not available and permanently out of stock. Despite this I was still charged for one. One month on and several phone calls later the company has still not made a refund.
I strongly object to companies charging for items that they can not deliver

Thank you for your feedback. The stock issue we faced was a simple case of demand outstripping supply. When we originally took your order the stock allocation system showed the Beach Rod as in stock and sent an email advising you of this, but unfortunately when the stock was checked there was physically none on the shelf. As we were unable to obtain fresh supplies we had no alternative but to cancel this part of your order.
I can see that the refund raised was for the icnorrect amount, so I have today issued a refund for the outstanding amount. I sincerely hope that this rare glitch in service does not deter you from ordering from Fishtec again soon.
