Thank you for your feedback. I am surprised to hear this. These boots are 100% waterproof, so if the boots you have received are not they must have a rare fault.
I have taken a look at your account and notice that this is the first time you have contacted us regarding this. I will arrange for a pre paid label to be sent out to you so the boots can be returned free of charge. We will then happily replace them for you.
